Hi my name is Mark J. Sark and I currently live on a Mi’gmaq Indian reserve in Canada. In what seems like only a short time ago, I came into this world, not knowing the reason for my existence. Then like most people I sort of figured it after experiencing my fair share of failures and successes. Never satisfied with the ‘status quo,’ I continually take steps to better myself while doing my best to remain humble in the process.

I suppose like most people it's a complicated thing to describe oneself with words alone. Given what I learned recently words don't make people. So I say “I am an amalgamation of life’s lessons, my current level of education, my cultural heritage and my character.” The rest is just noise.

Results are everything to me so I find my life packed with teachings. I have literally consulted hundreds if not thousands of seemingly ‘wise’ people, as well as some pretty brainless people over the years and took away from these encounters things that I could model in my life after simply avoid altogether. I also spend a great deal of time with my face in books, reading articles, in front of a computer and yes watching television. One thing I learned a long time ago is that experience is one of the greatest teachers. Not afraid of getting my hands dirty or my feet wet as allowed me to obtain quite a bit of knowledge.

Aside from my desire to express amusement and poke fun at shit, I have a great love for my people, the environment and our land. This site is just an extension of myself, and how I see the world. It’s also great place to share my thoughts and ideas with the world.
